Shipping
Once your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will be
emailed a tracking number, which can be tracked online. All orders
ship by the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once
shipped your order will take approximately 5-7 days to be delivered
unless you selected an expedited service option.
Please note: Shipping times to AK and HI may take
longer.
International Shipments
My Talking Toddler is now shipping worldwide. International shipments can take from 7 to 30 business days to arrive; depending upon the country being shipped to. We are very experienced with international shipping. Unfortunately, no matter how experienced the shipper, delays do sometimes occur at the hands of national customs agencies.
Order Status
Once you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will also receive an additional email when your order has been packed and shipped along with tracking information.

which you can use to check your order status anytime by simply clicking
on the "Login" link in the navigation bar at the top of every page.
Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to be displayed.
All of our orders go out with traceable Delivery Confirmation service. If your order has not arrived within the appropriate time, please call customer service at 855-LEARN-10 so that we can investigate the matter and get you a replacement shipment if necessary.
